Kaga Kikuzake Kikuhime
Founded in the Tensho era (1570-1600) during the Warring States period. Uncompromising, from the raw ingredients to the manufacturing process, Kikuhime seeks only the best, pursuing the original flavor of sake. The name Kikuhime was said to stem from Kukurihime, the deity of the Shirayama Hime Shrine.
