Koshihara Kanseidou
A creative sweets shop inspired by Mt. Haku. Savor local specialties such as the Sake Lees Castella filled with plenty of local sake and the Wasabi Mochi, a fusion between Hakusan-Roku wasabi and mochi. The wooden patterns modeled after traditional sweets lined up in the shop give off a sense of nostalgia.
