Oya Shoyu
Founded in 1877 and is known for its brand name Oyadama. Oya Shoyu prides itself on its ingredients and uses spring water from Mt. Haku in pursuit of making quality soy sauce. Also offers products perfect for souvenirs like the citrus-filled Hakusan-Roku Yuzu Miso and Furikake stuffed with plenty of dried bonito and sesame seeds.
